Shoshikai Seminar May’25

Last week we were in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium for the Shōshikai Seminar May’25 with Furuichi Sensei.

For six days, sensei taught ZNKR and Musō Shinden-ryū iaidō to iaidōka from all around Europe. He revisited all the changes in the forms of ZNKR iaidō, which will be effective for competitions and exams from this Summer on.

Our instructors Berna and Taciser were present, and Berna was the simultaneous translator of Furuichi sensei for the entire seminar.

We are thankful for sensei’s great attention and patience, and looking forward to meeting him again this Summer! Shōshikai Seminar May’25 was organised by the Shōshikai Belgium group. We are grateful for their hospitality, and also for the supervision of all the 6th and 7th dan sensei attended the seminar.
